Mike, the hotel is pretty rigid on the cut-off date for the RPM room block. Missed by 2 days and ended paying almost 50% more per night. My bad.
Sorry to hear that, Jim. I have a note into the hotel to see if there are willing to offer some sort of discount. Contractually they aren’t obligated as room block sold through, but I’ll see if I can negotiate anything.
